Monsters on the Loose | Book List

Monsters on the Loose is a story told through letters written from the perspective of your Magic Pen Pal, Cliff Hanger. Cliff will send you a letter each month. Each letter is a little tale of adventure as Cliff visits a new, fictional world. Each letter also includes an invitation to read a classic children's book. The twelve books chosen for the "Saving the Last Unicorn" story have been chosen to be appropriately challenging for 5th and 6th grade readers, though anyone with a heart for fantasy and fun will enjoy the experience, too.
